They will also have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive process improvements and optimise administrative processes.
To be considered, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and can maintain strong relationships with clients. They should also know compliance protocols specific to financial services, and be proficient at identifying areas for efficiency gains within administrative processes.
