We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Administrator to join our client’s prestigious Corporate and Fund Services team based in the picturesque St Peter Port, Guernsey. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fund structures, focusing on real estate, venture capital, and private equity. You’ll play a crucial role in managing client relationships while delivering unmatched quality and efficiency.

Skills

  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage complex client cases and nurture long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Understanding of Corporate and Fund Structures: Strong grasp of Jersey Private Fund regimes and exposure to corporate financial frameworks, including UK entities.
  • Financial Acumen: Critical capability to review company accounts or financial reports, such as management accounts.
  • Problem-Solving: Lateral thinking to address technical problems and implement innovative solutions efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Sound knowledge of compliance legislation, such as anti-money laundering and effective risk mitigation strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day administration for corporate and fund portfolios.
  • Act as the primary client contact for complex structures and significant clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party professionals like law firms and asset managers.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance requirements.
