A Guernsey firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Senior Administrator. The purpose of this role is to support the department in upholding and enhancing the strong compliance culture within the company.

 

The successful candidate will focus on risk assessments, maintaining compliance policies, and ensuring standards are met across the business. This role involves conducting client risk reviews, monitoring transactions, and reviewing new business documentation. They will prepare compliance reports, maintain core documentation, and engage with colleagues to address action points.

 

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Risk and Compliance practices in finance, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a chance to advance their compliance career in a collaborative environment.
