A company in the funds sector is seeking a Senior Accountant/Manager to oversee accounting services for various clients. This role involves being the main client contact, ensuring timely service delivery, and supporting strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, serving as the primary client contact, ensuring timely service delivery, supporting the achievement of, leading the admin and accounting teams, coordinating board meetings and governance processes, overseeing investor reporting and due diligence, and managing accounting matters such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, audits and tax reporting. The individual will also play a key role in developing staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
The successful candidate will have at least seven years’ experience in the offshore funds industry and hold a recognised accounting qualification. Strong leadership skills, advanced Excel knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience managing professionals are essential.
