We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Risk & Compliance Assistant Manager. Based in the picturesque and financial hub of St Peter Port, Guernsey, our client is a well-regarded player in the trust industry. What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and implementation of risk and compliance strategies.
  • Monitor and review regulatory updates applicable to the trust sector.
  • Prepare and maintain risk assessments and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure company-wide adherence to policy.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven background in compliance or risk within a regulated sector, preferably trust.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Guernsey or similar jurisdictions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • A proactive and driven approach to managing compliance and risk.
