Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Relationship Manager – Enterprise to join a leading telecommunications provider.

 

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships, the successful candidate will be a primary point of contact to key Enterprise customers ensuring a cohesive consistent approach of the service we provide.

The Relations team is responsible for the service relationship with Enterprise customers. They ensure that Enterprise Customer satisfaction is high and that customers have an excellent experience both from the people at the company and the services we provide. They will work closely with the Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure that the company is attentive to all the needs of their Enterprise Customers; being Professional, Proactive and Personable in every interaction.
