An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Registry Business Support to join the Registry team in a broad, fast-paced role. This newly created position is designed to provide strategic and transformational support, contributing directly to the delivery of the Registry’s divisional plan and the wider organisational strategy.
Reporting to the Registry Business Manager, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally within the Registry, supporting a wide range of initiatives. The role offers exposure to project delivery, business analysis, planning, and insight into senior-level decision-making and prioritisation. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality support to the Registry SLT, improving external guidance and website content and producing and analysing management information to aid decision-making.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about improving processes and customer experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience in performance reporting, analytics, communications, or process improvement would be an advantage.
