We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join a leading firm as a Publications and Documentation Officer.
In this varied and hands-on role, the successful candidate will assist with the creation and maintenance of a wide range of client and corporate documentation, as well as group-wide communications and social media activities. The responsibilities will include supporting the design and production of marketing materials such as booklets, reports, presentations, and social media content. They will also play a key role in updating company publications, managing digital campaigns, and helping with the production of videos, animations, and branded materials.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience or qualifications in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop. Familiarity with PowerPoint, document production, and proof reading are also desirable. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines are essential qualities for success in this role.
