We’re looking for an organised and proactive Client Services Officer to join a Guernsey based Private Banking team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to expand their skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional service to our valued clients.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will support the daily banking needs of the Private Banking clients, including custody instructions, payments, foreign exchange transactions, and online banking support. They will also play a key part in identifying process improvements, maintaining client records, and supporting business development activities.

 

To succeed, the ideal candidate will need strong communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of custody services, payment systems, and private banking operations is essential, along with an understanding of CDD, account opening, and regulatory requirements.
