Our client, a prestigious trust firm in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a talented Private Client Assistant Manager to join their team. Our client’s team is known for its professionalism and commitment to delivering tailored trust services to high-net-worth clients.

 

  • ACA Certification: A solid foundation in accounting and finance to ensure an analytical and precise approach to trust management.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the management of a portfolio of private clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on trust services, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other key documentation.

  • Collaborate with other team members to create tailored trust solutions that align with client objectives.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of client services.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant background in trust or private client services.

  • Proficiency in handling a portfolio of clients and fostering strong professional relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple client responsibilities effectively.
