Policies & Procedures Manager

Are you an experienced governance or compliance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a complex, regulated environment? We’re working with a leading global organisation that is seeking a Manager of Policies & Procedures to join its Legal, Risk & Governance team in Jersey.

This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the development, review, and implementation of internal policies and procedures. You’ll ensure alignment with regulatory standards while offering practical guidance to internal stakeholders on how to apply and interpret these frameworks in day-to-day operations.

Your remit will include managing policy submissions, coordinating periodic reviews, contributing to group-wide policy rollouts, and ensuring local procedures remain up to date in line with regulatory change. You’ll also support project work linked to risk and compliance initiatives, acting as a central point of contact for policy-related queries across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical understanding, a collaborative mindset, and experience working within legal, compliance, or risk management functions. You’ll need a solid grasp of Jersey’s regulatory environment and hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or ICA.
