This is a fantastic opportunity for a People Business Partner to join a leading International Offshore Bank.
Purpose:
• To work closely with business leaders and line managers to diagnose people priorities, create people plans, and help implement people approaches aligned to the bank International’s strategic objectives and Corporate Plan.
• To support the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, procedures, and practices which ensure delivery of the people strategy, including colleague communications, recruitment, training, development, succession planning, performance management, culture and employee engagement, compensation, benefits and health and safety.
