We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions, Trust and Company Officer to join a Guernsey-based Trust Company.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with fiduciary laws. They will manage a portfolio of pension schemes, trusts, and companies, overseeing operations like contributions, benefit payments, and regulatory reporting. The role also involves handling documentation, distributions and client communications within a professional team.

 

This role suits individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fiduciary or financial services, and knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes and Guernsey’s regulations. Strong communication skills and a proactive client management approach are essential. Candidates should have A-levels or equivalent and a degree in law, business, or finance is an asset. ICSA or STEP qualifications are desirable, or candidates should be working towards one.
