A local company is looking for a Passenger Services Supervisor to oversee gate areas, maintain service and safety standards, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
The successful candidate will greet customers, assist with check-in, boarding, and baggage, resolve queries, and support the Ticket Desk operations. In this supervisory role, the individual will brief staff, manage queues, monitor compliance, and ensure on-time performance targets are met.
We’re seeking someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Customer service experience and basic IT skills are an advantage.
