Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Passenger Services Administrator to join a Worldwide Travel business organisation.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Book all air and Eurostar bookings for guests and travel agents of the group’ brands
  • Ticket flights to deadlines
  • Action air schedule changes
  • Action reasonable transfer requests, ADHOC taxi bookings etc for guests
  • Book seats, add on luggage and provide quotes to upgrade as and when required
  • ADHOC flight quotes for UK Sales & Marketing team ahead of brochure launch/campaigns
  • Handle & resolve daily air questions from Reservations Specialists
  • Review air procedures to reduce the amount of errors associated with the brand
  • Resolve air problems & queries from other areas that have generated from reservations
