We have an amazing new opportunity for an Operations Executive to join an innovative Asset Management Company based in Guernsey.
The Operations Executive is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate completion of mortgage loans on behalf of the Mortgage Fund.
The role holder will also be responsible for arranging additional advances, renewals, repayments, and other transactions:
• receiving mortgage loan applications from front office
• receiving renewal and repayments from client services
• instructing professionals to act on the Fund’s behalf
• reviewing documentation and submitting findings to Credit Committee
• arranging completion of mortgage loans
