This is a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join on a fixed term contract a financial and fiduciary services business registered and regulated in Guernsey.


This role will require a disciplined individual to join the team, who has worked in a fast-moving professional environment and possesses a broad spectrum of skills, some of which are listed below. The individual will be required to ensure that all tasks are accomplished accurately and completed in a timely manner and will need to be adaptable so they can provide cover for other team members.

Maintaining daily pricing – Retrieving pricing from inboxes and websites to ensure a daily track of pricing is maintained and monthly reviews of pricing are done. 

Assisting with the administration of clients – Making payments, instructing foreign exchanges etc.

Fund Valuations – Assisting the team with valuation review of the Company’s Funds. Reviewing investment restrictions on a monthly basis for the funds.
