Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established wealth management and fund platform company located in the heart of St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Onboarding Administrator. Become part of a close-knit team of professionals where your skills and proactive attitude will drive exceptional client service and ensure seamless compliance.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support new client onboarding in adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct detailed client risk assessments and maintain accurate client records.

  • Perform regular client due diligence reviews, including enhanced measures as required.

  • Assist in project work and collaborate with investment advisors and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to New Business Committees and ensure timely task completion as allocated by the Manager.

What you’ll need:

  • Understanding of Guernsey AML/CFT requirements for client onboarding.

  • Proficiency in client administration systems such as Tyrus and Citadel Group’s platforms.

  • Strong MS Excel and IT literacy with a keen eye for detail and organisation.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to perform under pressure.

  • A self-motivated, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel in a team-driven environment.
