A leading firm is seeking a New Business Executive to drive mortgage sales through the development of strong introducer relationships, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property developers.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing mortgage applications, presenting them to the Credit Committee for consideration, and issuing offers to applicants and their agents. They should be able to effectively negotiate and close deals. Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to think analytically are essential, as is a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
We’re looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong focus on building meaningful relationships. While experience in lending is a plus, we value a willingness to learn, an interest in the residential mortgage-backed loans market, and an eagerness to pursue professional certifications.
