An esteemed firm is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Executive. They will work alongside experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, and receive continuous support to build the knowledge and confidence needed to grow into a fully independent Mortgage Executive.
In this role, the successful candidate will gain practical experience managing a variety of mortgage transactions, including additional advances, renewals, and repayments, while also learning the fundamentals of borrower and property due diligence. The individual will collaborate with various teams, assist with application processing, and engage with external professionals, such as solicitors. They will also support documentation review and help coordinate loan completions and recovery processes.
We’re looking for individuals who are diligent, curious, and eager to grow. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a busy environment, and communicate clearly and confidently. No prior experience in financial services is required-what matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in lending and operational processes.
