The Mobile Device Management Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of mobile device management services across the organisation, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient mobile operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the organisation’s MDM platform and related services
  • Ensure mobile devices are configured, secured, and compliant with policies
  • Lead service delivery, performance monitoring, and incident resolution
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to meet user needs
  • Develop and maintain MDM policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Identify and implement service improvements and new technologies

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g. Intune, MobileIron, VMware Workspace ONE)
  • Experience in IT service management and mobile security
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Understanding of compliance, data protection, and device security best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
