Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a PA / Administrator to join an industry leading Independent Insurance Broker here in Guernsey.


Personal Assistant – This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities:
 Diary management – maintain personal and work diary of MD;
 Handling Itineraries including travel & accommodation arrangements;
 Dealing with correspondence;
 Preparing letters, presentations and reports;
 Assisting the Office Manager in organising company events & social club events;
 Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
 Collating and filing expenses
