Are you a skilled project manager with a background in fiduciary services? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering commercial, risk, and client service initiatives across the business.

You’ll work closely with divisional directors, oversee onboarding, manage risk-focused projects, and act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver internal client-focused and risk-related projects
  • Oversee client onboarding and risk management processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project timelines
  • Develop training where needed to support project success
  • Report progress and outcomes to senior management

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience
  • Familiarity with employee incentive structures
  • Knowledge of customer due diligence and AML regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
