Manager – Risk, Regulation & Fintech

We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Risk & Regulation / FinTech team for a leading Financial Advisory firm. This team works across multiple industries, providing expert guidance on risk, governance, regulatory change, financial technology, and business transformation.

The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, lead project teams, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge financial technology solutions, regulatory compliance strategies, and operational transformation initiatives. They will play a key role in delivering multi-million-pound financial services remediation programmes, advising on regulatory due diligence, and leading anti-financial crime consulting projects.

We are seeking candidates with at least five years of financial services experience and two years in consulting, along with expertise in Anti-Financial Crime regulations, compliance, risk management, and financial technology. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include ACA/ACCA, risk and compliance certifications, or project management credentials. Experience with digital transformation, data analytics, and financial technology tools is a plus.
