We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a global Financial Services firm. This role will ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and group policies, working closely with other departments to maintain and enhance effective systems and controls.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting policies, implementing compliance frameworks, staying up to date with regulatory changes, and providing risk reporting through KPIs. The successful candidate will also manage outsourcing processes, champion corporate governance, and contribute to key committees, promoting a culture of professionalism and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in a relevant role, a recognised professional qualification, and a strong understanding of risk management within the Private Wealth and Corporate Services sector. Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to write technical reports, mentor junior colleagues, and manage cross-jurisdictional risks.
