We have an exciting new opportunity for a Managed Services Engineer to join a global connectivity and business enterprise provider.
The Managed Services Engineer is a member of the Company’s advanced engineering function and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure and cloud services for clients. This role involves implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing on-premise and cloud solutions to meet service level agreements, customer demands/requirements and best practices.
