About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in assisting our client’s team by managing and driving results across a broad range of Corporate and Finance Transaction matters. This will include:

• Corporate and finance transactions such as Financing, Banking, and Private Equity
• Insurance/Reinsurance and Structuring/Restructuring
• Handling Investment Funds and Fund/Asset Finance matters
• Advising on Capital Markets, Joint Ventures, Digital Assets, and Asset Management
• Providing expertise around Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, and M&A

Key Attributes

The ideal candidate will bring:

• At least 9 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
• Extensive Corporate and Finance Transaction law experience acquired at a top-tier law firm
• Impressive academic achievements
• Outstanding relationship management and problem-solving skills
