Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning and development initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing innovative training programs to meet organisational goals.
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify skills gaps and learning opportunities.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of training programs and initiatives.
  • Supporting the development of team members to enhance workplace performance and growth.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication: Effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
