IT & Application Support Analyst (FTC)

We’re currently supporting our client in Forest, Guernsey with the recruitment of an IT & Application Support Analyst. This is an opportunity to become a key part of our client’s team, helping to ensure their IT environment and business applications remain stable, reliable and user-friendly. You’ll be joining a commercial organisation where technology underpins day-to-day operations, and your contribution will directly support smooth service delivery and internal efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day IT support to end users across our client’s team in Forest, Guernsey.
• Support and troubleshoot core business applications to minimise downtime.
• Log, track and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

• Organised, methodical approach to handling multiple support requests.
