Investment Funds & Corporate Associate

This is a great opportunity for an Investment Funds & Corporate Associate to join a leading international Law Firm.

The successful candidate will be based in the Firm’s Guernsey office, and will work alongside leading practitioners in that office in expanding out the Guernsey IF&C business in line with the general expansion across all of the firm’s practice groups in the Channel Islands.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification:

• Assist in providing technically sound advice and highly responsive service to clients.
• Assist in developing and expanding client relationships important to the Firm’s success at the same time becoming a valued resource to clients.
• Assist in providing advice on a wide range of investment funds matters including hedge, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, energy, credit, debt and venture capital.
• Assist in providing advice with respect to corporate transactions including join ventures, acquisitions, series financings and corporate reorganisations.
• Support senior colleagues, senior counsel and partners on matters.
• Use of the global network to build the Firm resources.
• Participate in the development of the practice’s know-how, share knowledge and actively participate in conferences, seminars and internal training.
