A leading company is looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Lending to lead the Lending Department in the Isle of Man.
The successful candidate will supervise and support the Lending team, setting and managing performance targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This is a sales-driven leadership role focused on evaluating and preparing loan applications, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth across our lending portfolio.
The individual will be responsible for overseeing the full loan process from client consultations to application approvals and will work closely with counterparts across jurisdictions to maintain consistency across the Group. We’re looking for someone with at least 3–5 years’ experience in both lending and managerial roles, strong underwriting knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
