We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Private Equity team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in real estate and/or private equity, with knowledge of corporate structures, SPV administration, and preferably some company secretarial expertise.
They should be confident managing board meetings for acquisitions, disposals, new investors, and fund documentation, with strong familiarity in statutory requirements, governance matters, and key agreements such as LPAs, debt documentation, and sale or purchase contracts.
