Our client, based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a talented and driven Fund Administration Manager to join their dynamic team. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day fund administration operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional growth within our client’s team.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with audits as necessary.
  • Drive process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in fund administration or a similar role within the sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the fund industry.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
