We have a great new opportunity for a Fibre Support Lead to join a leading telecommunications provider.


The main purpose of this role is to support the optimised delivery of fibre installations ensuring that resources meet demand and appointment scheduling is optimised to maintain short-lead times for customers.  Work across teams to support the efficient delivery of fibre services and liaise with internal colleagues, and customers to meet those aims.

The Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Be the conduit between service provision and order management ensuring resources are scheduled efficiently to meet order demand in a timely way.
  • Responsible for managing engineer scheduling to maximise delivery and maintain short lead times for customers.​
