Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Enterprise Clients Analyst to join a leading IT company in Guernsey.


This is a Team based role relating to the provision of various IT related support services to existing Clients. The successful candidate will report to the Enterprise Clients Team Lead and have a primary responsibility for supporting the Enterprise clients predominantly onsite at their offices.
Tasks will include responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues. The analysts are expected to take an active role in the engineering tasks and spend a significant proportion of their time supporting the clients.
