Key Skills You’ll Bring

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ensure clarity in both written and verbal communications across all levels of the organisation.
  • Organisational Mastery: Manage and prioritise tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
  • IT Proficiency: Confidently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support key documentation processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Perform thorough quality checks on client and intermediary documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborative Approach: Liaise with Relationship Officers, the New Business Committee, and other key stakeholders to maintain high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Review client and intermediary documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support Relationship Officers with account opening and regulatory queries.
  • Act as Secretary to the New Business Committee, ensuring proper documentation practices are upheld.
  • Monitor, report, and address deficiencies or outstanding documentation as required.
  • Undertake qualitative reviews of data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong communication skills for working cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities to handle deadlines.
  • Prior experience in client documentation or AML/account opening (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering rules and FATCA is advantageous.
  • A trustworthy, discrete, and professional manner with confidential matters.
