We are looking for a Client Service Executive to join a Private Banking team and assist in the servicing of clients.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day client service activities, including receiving and processing client instructions such as payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions. They will liaise directly with clients to resolve queries, perform call-backs, and arrange online banking activations.
The individual will also help identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products and services, working closely with Relationship Managers to convert leads. Contributing to the bank’s financial targets, assisting with projects and system initiatives, and supporting the timely completion of client risk reviews are all key parts of this role.
We are seeking candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and proficient IT abilities. A keen interest in banking and a desire to learn about products and services are essential, while previous banking experience is desirable but not required. A proactive attitude, creative thinking, and enthusiasm for innovation and change will be highly valued.
