We have a great new opportunity for a Credit Card Analyst to join an international award-winning private bank.
The Successful Candidate will obtain the following responsibilities for this role:
• Reviewing credit card applications – including ID&V checks, credit limit calculations and reviewing high risk factors.
• Assisting customers with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and all the ancillary services.
• Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and online messages.
• Assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions.
• Investigating and resolving disputes, and ensuring that customers receive appropriate credits or refunds when necessary
