Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on employment and immigration matters.
• Draft employment agreements and manage intricate workplace investigations.
• Advocate for clients in the Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and/or Supreme Court.
• Support colleagues and partners with comprehensive solutions to client cases.
• Develop employment and immigration legal know-how and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver client training sessions and seminars.
• Manage and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth.
