We are currently seeking a Contract Trust Officer to join a fiduciary services team. This role is key to supporting the administration and maintenance of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders. As a Trust Officer, they will be expected to take ownership of your client portfolio, ensuring all administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The individual will also contribute to achieving both financial and non-financial targets that support the sustainability of the business.
This position requires someone who is team-oriented and willing to provide support to colleagues where needed. Developing the knowledge of financial products and trust law within the local jurisdiction will be essential to succeed in this role. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing demands, and good numeracy and computer literacy. Previous experience in trust or corporate administration is preferred.
