Compliance Officer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join a leading private equity investor.

Key duties will include:

• Reporting and notifying matters within the prescribed timeframes according to legal and regulatory obligations
• Ensure all regulations and codes of practice are correctly incorporated into the company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintenance of the operational procedures manual, ensuring procedures are reviewed and updated periodically.
• Reviewing and the maintenance of the compliance manual and associated procedures to ensure compliance with the developing regulatory framework.
• Preparation of papers, attendance and minuting the proceedings of the NCL Risk and Compliance Committee meetings.
