A firm in Jersey is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager. This role focuses on Client Due Diligence, Periodic Reviews, and broader AML/CFT/CPF responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to make a real impact.
The successful candidate will provide timely, detailed compliance advice and support across the business, ensuring regulatory obligations are met during client onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle. They will take the lead on CDD processes, support the development and management of Periodic Reviews, and help maintain a strong culture of compliance.
With at least three years’ experience in a Compliance role within the Jersey financial services sector, the ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members.
