We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Compliance Administrator to assist our client in maintaining and strengthening their compliance and anti-financial crime framework. This is a permanent role within the financial services sector, where you will support essential compliance monitoring activities, administrative tasks, and controls in alignment with regulatory standards, enabling the business to function effectively and meet its legal obligations.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Apply thorough screening, research, and analytical skills to resolve compliance queries and ensure standards are met.
  • Compliance Expertise: Working knowledge of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism practices.
  • Adaptable and Organised: Capacity to manage your workload effectively while adapting to departmental needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to carry out administrative tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the execution of the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate compliance registers and records.
  • Conduct due diligence and screening on client principals and potential clients.
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters during client onboarding and business processes.
  • Participate in compliance-related projects and reviews as required by management.

What You’ll Need:

  • A commitment to work within a regulated financial services environment.
  • A willingness to pursue a professional compliance certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • An ability to assess and confirm the adequacy of client due diligence (CDD).
  • Previous experience in compliance roles is advantageous but not essential.
