Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Company Secretary to join a locally run, registered Charity that has been in Guernsey for over 100 years.


The Successful Candidate will support the Board of Directors and managers in the overall management of the home. They will need to ensure that the company complies with financial and legal requirements, and maintain high standards of corporate governance, whilst considering the ethos as determined by the founder of the home.

Responsibilities of the Job Role include some of the following:

  • Report to the chairman and liaise with board members.
  • Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
