We have a great opportunity for a Company Secretary to join an independent, owner-managed, group of companies in Guernsey.


Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team, the successful Candidate will:

  • Maintain accurate statutory records and generate registers for internal entities
  • Handle submissions with the Guernsey Registry and manage permanent files and minute books
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings, prepare agendas, compile board packs, attend meetings and record action points
  • Act as secretary for board committees, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and recording actions
  • Organise ad-hoc formal and informal meetings, attend, take minutes/notes and record action points.
