Job Description

This is a fantastic new opportunity  for a Co – Sec Senior Administrator to join a private limited company that work within Human resources provision and management of human resources functions.


This role will be pivotal in providing administrative support to the board of directors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members and executive leadership, coordinating board meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  2. Attend and facilitate board meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and accurately recording minutes and resolutions.
  3. Maintain corporate records and statutory registers, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant legislation.
