We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to join a leading firm and help deliver the high standards of service the clients and investors expect.

 

In this role, the ideal candidate will be a key point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the client’s investments, providing timely, accurate, and professional support that reflects the firm’s values and helps to perform as investors expect. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day client queries, monitoring interest arrears, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient client journey. The ability to build strong relationships and stay organised under pressure will be crucial to success.

We’re looking for engaging communicators, proactive problem-solvers, and motivated team players with a client-focused mindset. Experience in client service or financial services is an advantage, but not essential. This is an opportunity to contribute to high levels of client satisfaction, the prompt resolution of queries, and the continued success of the growing investment business.
