We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Senior Administrator for a leading Financial Services firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In this role, candidates will work with high-profile client trusts and corporate entities and contribute to the growth of the organisation. As a Client Senior Administrator, The successful candidate will mentor and guide Administrators and Trainee Administrators. They will provide senior-level input on pivotal group-wide projects and offer complex technical administration within the team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
To be considered, the ideal candidate should have A-level or degree qualifications with relevant professional certification being advantageous. They should also have at least 2 years of experience administering client structures and effective communication skills. Leadership skills are essential, including organising resources effectively and reviewing work by junior staff members. Interpersonal skills are necessary for success, including the ability to communicate information clearly and handle situations with poise and diplomacy.
