We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a well-known Financial Services Company and oversee a portfolio of client relationships. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, and coordinating with internal teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing strategic advice. They will manage the client onboarding process, assist with the preparation of periodic reviews, and ensure that all client-related documentation is accurate and up to date. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in business development efforts, helping to identify opportunities for growth.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will need a strong background in client relationship management, with experience in the financial services industry. A proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks are essential. Experience with fiduciary or investment business is preferred, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
