Client Relations Administrator / Senior Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Administrator to join a leading Firm. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with members, their advisors, and third parties while coordinating administrative tasks internally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of retirement products, including handling member queries, processing administrative requests, updating internal systems, and liaising with investment houses and compliance teams. Attention to detail is key, as the candidate will ensure the accurate processing of documents, client due diligence, and financial transactions within retirement plans.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or financial services, with previous pensions administration experience being an advantage. Strong communication skills, numeracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. We’re looking for someone who is well-organised, team-oriented, and able to manage time effectively while delivering exceptional client service.
